If the mini netbook laptop is pending on loading OS,and then shutdown,the problem of the laptop is caused by the system of the laptop.Below is the solution processing method,Please kindly check it.
1.You can press the reset button on the back side of your laptop to restart the laptop.Normally the laptop shold work fine after you reset it.
2.If the laptop is still pending on loading OS ,you should upgraded the system  sofeware.
Please download the attached system software ,copy the software and decompress it on the storage(SD) card(below 100M),and then put the storage card on the SD card (on the left of the laptop).
Once you start up the laptop,the software will automatically install it,and then the laptop should work fine.
