About
All buttons are supported. There are two versions of the driver; one supports 10 buttons (1 through 10) as digital and the two trigger buttons (11 and 12) as analog, and the other version configures all buttons as digital to overcome the fact that most PC games do not yet support analog buttons.

Pause for a moment... ask yourself "Is there any chance I want to send it in to Microsoft for repairs?" Performing these steps will void your warranty and cause the "Opened Xbox" pricing strategy to go into effect, this means it will definitely be cheaper to buy a new one. Be careful in there there is an exposed power supply with some big cans on it, they can hold electricity for years and are designed to dump completely in one shot. That means one big shock, death, paralysis, discomfort, constipation etc, proceed at your own risk.
Step 1 - Start with the necessary tools and a clear work area.
Helpful tools: Insulated screw grabber (comes with many PC repair kits) X-Acto Knife useful for removing stickers and feet. Wax paper, good for keeping those stickers in shape. Required tools: Torx 20 Torx 10

This applies only to the Nintendo DS lite!
(See bottom for possible info on repairing an original DS.)
Spend the extra time going over these instructions carefully: why jeopardize several hundreds of dollars in electronics with hasty skimming? These instructions address how to: -Replace the touch screen* -Replace the bottom LCD screen* -Replace the top LCD screen -Replace the shell/hinges Of a DS lite (* denotes partial instructions: I didn't actually replace these, but I tell you how you'd go about doing so.)

Here we are, looking at a new PlayStation Portable. I remember reviewing the first PSP and looking at the package. The thing looked dangerous; that box looked like you were dealing with an expensive (and advanced) piece of technology. While the original price of $250 was expensive for a portable, you felt, looking at that box and that shiny black system, that you had gotten your money's worth.
